Just as art evokes, I also believe something truly beautiful touches our hearts and evokes a feeling. To portray or copy is mechanical in nature and does not inspire. What touches your heart in this photo? Is it the majesty of the landscape, the colors of the sky, the rainbow, the grasses, the light? The feeling that is evoked is different for each of us. I also think art and beauty create action, even if it’s just the moment we decide to be more consciously aware of the beauty that surrounds us. Taking notice is an action and can open the door to potential and possibilities.
